Let your assistant to cut the deck into equal heaps and to set his card right on top of your pile you pointed out. Now put the second stack ON TOP of your volunteer’s card. The card that you placed underneath the pack was the one KEPT IN MIND ahead of your trick and is currently right above from your volunteer’s preferred card. Then let your volunteer to say “No” every time you turn over a card, in spite of whether her own card has actually been turned up.
Have your viewers know that the cards will make it known to you in case the volunteer is lying. You will know whenever the chosen card is close by since your memorized card will be the one before it. When you turn over the selected card and your volunteer says “No”, you shout “Liar!”
